Controller
The Controller at JFS is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented individual who can manage and improve financial processes, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and contribute to the financial stability and growth of the organization. Refugee Resettlement Case Manager (Temp Position)
The Refugee Resettlement Case Manager will provide individualized case management services to refugees, guiding them through the resettlement process and helping them access essential resources. This position involves developing comprehensive service plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each refugee family, facilitating their integration into the community, and supporting their journey toward self-sufficiency. Cultural competency and experience working with diverse populations are essential to this role. (Temp Position Dependent on Funding)
CalAIM Enhanced Care Management Care Manager
We are looking for a Care Manager to join our team for the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program under California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management and social work and a passion for serving vulnerable communities. The Care Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and revising individual care plans and reporting to the Sr. Program Manager of CalAIM.
Care Manager
The Care Manager will provide community-based services to support older adults to live quality independent lives in the community. The Care Manager will work with a dynamic team of professionals who provide innovative wrap-around services including, care management, occupational therapy for fall prevention, caregiver support, volunteer friendly visitors and home-based enrichment programs. Care management services are provided to individuals of all incomes, cultural and religious backgrounds. This position reports to the Manager of Older Adult Services.
